Jaqueline Pierce

Ms. Pierce is an experienced Trial Attorney, Mediator and Arbitrator. Ms. Pierce has completed extensive mediation certification at both Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute and at the Mandell-Gisnet Center for Conflict Management at Monterey College of Law, where she also taught trial advocacy. She has mediated and arbitrated in excess of 200 cases, and conducts pro bono fee arbitrations for the Monterey County Bar Association. She has served on the Monterey Superior Court Task Force for Alternate Dispute Resolution since 2008, and has served as a judge pro tem for settlement conferences at Monterey County Superior Court. Ms. Pierce has been associated with Compassionate Care Alliance (founding member and legal counsel); the Breast Care Center of Community Hospital (Advisory Board); St. Mary’s By-The-Sea, Pacific Grove; “The Celtoid Kids” Celtic Music program; The Diocese of El Camino Real; and the Executive Committee of the Monterey County Bar Association. She also is a musician and promotes community engagement through music in various capacities, including serving as legal counsel to Orchestra In The Schools, Inc.
